Having trouble finding this weather stripping. My windows were installed in the mid 1990's. This weather stripping has markings saying "Q-Lon," The weather stripping goes around the vent, and is the first layer of insulation. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you Larry

hello. I have not been able to identify the window manufacturer, nor who made this stripping. The buble diameter is 1/2 centimeter ( or 3/16 , 1/4of inch). The buble has foam in it.
