Hello, Here's the best photo of the existing balance. Unfortunately we have not removed it. From what I've been told it appears to have been a Caldwell Ultra-Lift CA-85-22R because it is 22 in long and needs 30 lbs and is 9/16 wide.

Unfortunately, I can't find any information on these windows. There are no stickers or stamped in information on the window or frame that I can see. I have a broken part from an aluminum commercial window. Non tilt. It fits in the track and sits below each end of the window. Is this called a shoe? The plactic part measures 1 3/16 across and 2 3/8 length.

Is this a part you folks may have. I am pretty sure it's out a Traco double hung.
