I have a hard time finding the right dimension for window slash as you put fractional number; I used a vernier and I do not know much of those inches. It would be much easier to write also milimeter, it avoids much calculation

Hello, I am working with a Lawson series SH-7500 Aluminum single hung window that won't go up. It is stuck in the down position. The balance on the left side is not attached and it all the way up but the right side won't allow me to lift the window. Any suggestions.

Hi I need to replace the sash guide on the left in the pictures. They break easily. I bought the one on the right on your website (18-044 5/8" kinco) but it is too big. The difference is small. Can you please help me select the correct one on your site?

The metal part of the balance is 28" in length. Balance is stamped 2720. I need sash guides too. Thank you.

Hi. I'm looking this sash guide and i wasn't able to find the right part.

More than half of the windows in my how won't stay open when we lift up the window. From what I saw online, it should be an easy fix. This actually was stuck to the window when I took it out and fell off. Looking to see what I'll need to order to replace them. Have 12 windows, and haven't checked ... (cont.)

I believe these are 18-166's, could you please confirm or suggest another part number? Just a hair smaller than 13/16th. I have about .80" from my caliper in reference to the 18-044. My original order was for 18-044's, they were too big.

Hello??hoping that you can identify which top sash guide is for my window. They both snapped in half when I was opening & closing the window. I was able to take tape them back to show the shape of them. I also took measurements. The length is 1 3/8 "Top to screw hole is 7/8 "Top of cap length is ... (cont.)

Is there a part #? How can I be sure to order the right part.

Looking for this only has one screw hole I had ordered the wrong ones need 4 these are used with S385-30. &. S380-30. Can you tell me what item # from your web site so I can look at the correct parts thank youRobert

This top sash guide is from a window that was installed circa 2000. The label on the window is a Lawson SH-7500. My confusion is that the part #18-192 that you show is different than this part. Currently, I need 2 of these but I would like to have an additional 8 as backups.

Do you have this 5/8 sash guard? The number on the channel balance is 2930. No markings on sash guard.

Please let me know if you have a replacement top sash guide for this part.
