Door handles broken in two ways one is cracked the other the stub for the screw to fit in has fallen off. Need to replace handle

No existing equipment. Mortise screw holes are 9" apart, total width is 1" and patio handle holes are 4" apart. Looking for mortise lock set and patio handles. Please advise.

This appears to be a SWISCO patio door latch assembly. It is from a Mercer Industry's patio door (Mercer no longer in business) 96"X96" in dimension. Hi Swisco, I found your patio lock 82-089 to be very similar to this one below, however the screw pattern on the one below has the screws go through the handle whereas the one you list has the screws go below the handle. Could you confirm if your part 82-089 could retrofit here or if not identify t ... (cont.)

This handle is attached to a door with a serial number that indicates the door is a Nami 2858. I have attached a picture of the serial number from inside the door.
