The plastic piece 1 in wide by 1 1/2in to the coil. The coil is approx. 21 inches. The pins in other picture for the window base are approx. 3 inches long. I need 1 dozen of each. Please let me know if you have these parts in stock.

Help locating these coils

Window was made 2019, 1 of the coil balance springs broke. I'll replace them all, but need to know the correct part to order. I think 4.5 indicates the weight, but not entirely sure.

As per my chat with a Swisco help desk rep, this am, attached are pictures of the window parts I need. There are two pictures of each part. One is totally broke, the other seriously cracked.
