32-355 2-3/16" Drawer Slide Spacer

Hello! My slide out pantry shelf recently broke and I am unsure of what I need to purchase to fix it. The side is labeled UNIGRASS 6600 but I can't seem to find anything like what I need online.

Used for a rolling shelf in a Kraftmaid cabinet. Need one

Several of our drawer guides have broken. The system seems to be a Brookhaven cabinets. They appear to be 3/4" or 2cm wide and 2" tall. Would appreciate your help identifying the correct replacement parts. Many thanks! Echo

I have tried Knape and Vogt because the slide are made by them. But the bracket are not. Tenn-Tex doesnt' make them either. THey suggested I try you. The plastic cracks as you can see in the photos. I need to replace several in my kitchen. Do you have these or something that I could adapt. They are ... (cont.)
