My 1991 cabinet hinges are starting to fail. Do you have replacement hinges that will serve as replacements and not require routing out the hinge's pocket?

I need help finding the correct hinge replacement for my kitchen cabinet. There are no markings (names or numbers) on the hinge. The dimensions seem to be close to Product Code: 32-343 (Face Frame Cabinet Compact Hinge). Do you think it will fit or is there another hinge?

The hinge is fine. I need to replace the black plastic piece that connects the hinge to the cabinet but I have no idea what it's called or where I can get one. I bought the vanity in Home Depot but all they have is the hinge itself and couldn't help me. Thanks, Eddie
