Concealed hinge for trap door. Marked hinge part marked Austria Blum 70.995. Bottom plate marked 195H713-02. Please help identify a replacement.

I'm trying to locate two of these hinges. Pictures show some sort of numbers but it's crucial that both the plate and the hinge screw spacing is 1 3/4" because there is a half circle cut out where the plate is attached and I need to straddle that half circle.
