Re: damaged crank system of my 4-pane awning window. Looking for this part that holds the aluminum rod in place at either end.

I need two of these parts for my window. It's broken and the pivot bar is loose on the left side. It's an old window for a house built around the '60s. Please tell me if these parts can be substituted by one of yours.

Good day! We snapped three bottom roll bars' plastic pieces that lock the windows once we want to close them. Are we able to just purchase the plastic end piece or replace the entire bar? Its the idler end of the rod at the bottom that the crank turns on a 4 section crank out window. The little gear box is on the other end.

Have sent a new email picture today at2:05 pm 5/15/17 about torque bar bushing and top slide. They look like 36-018 and 18-033. Please check. Iwill need 2 torque sets and 4 top slide torque bar bushing looks like 36-018 need two sets top slide looks like 18-033 need four PLEASE CHECK FOR ME ... (cont.)

Purchased 36-018 but they are too thick and wrong ID. Photo of actual attached. Have anything to fit or will I have to jury rig 36-018? I think prior tenant removed and never reinstalled, why?, now lost.

These bearings are used on windows by several manufactures so I am not sure if these bearings will work specifically on a Continental Aluminum window. Try to match up your bearings with the photo on the 36-018 product page.
