38-054 Window Lock, LH

Good afternoon do you have a window lever lock to repair broken ones ?

Does not have face screws. Similar to CRL EP24092, but not in stock or discontinued. Need a similar replacement handle.

I'm trying to find replacement latches for a couple windows at our church. Can you look at the pictures I'm enclosing and let me know if you have these latches.Thank you!Cindy

I am looking for replacement window handles, both left and right. Our house was built in the 1920's.

Are there any latches with 1 3/8" spacing for the mounting holes? I recently purchased a latch from Swisco that would work great as a replacement except that I found the mounting holes actually to be 1 3/8" on my original latch. The house dates back to 1939.I guess I mismeasured. ... (cont.)

1 1/2 spacing in screw holes

There are a pair of these handles to lock the windows but they don't stay completely locked in place. Building was built in 1980. Apartment is on the 40th floor and when there are strong winds, the handles move to an unlocked position. Any suggestions?

Can you tell me where to buy this part for my awning window?

Would like handles that don't tilt up as much and that are polished chrome or similar look. Hopper window is in shower and tilts out. Hardware is 3.25" wide by 3/4 deep. Handle is a little over 4" wide. Like something a little smaller. Mine look like 38-054, 38-055. Like something more like 38-083 ... (cont.)

I'm confused as to whether the window lock pictured, 38-054, is RH or LH. In other pictures, cam handles, etc. with the handle on the right side are marked RH. This picture indicates that the handle is on the right but it's labeled LH. I want it as pictured, but am wondering if I order it as marked, ... (cont.)
