Old part # 45002 it is 25 1/2 span

I have 4 windows with these, all handles were stripped and unusable - opening/closing with hand pliers. Truth 40245, 25.5" span, US Patent 4508601

Please assist me in replacing the cranks shown in photos and crude diagrams. We believe the windows to be about 34 years old, Marvin brand. The screw in crank stripped and needs replacement but it appears you cannot replace only that mechanism. I need to know what part replaced this and if you have the same color. Looking for a retainer nut that holds the worm gear of the window housing. Window is a Marvin crank out 45003 truth manufacturer. My house was built in 1990 and the window is in the basement. Is there a replacement nut that I can get? Thank you Arlene
