Crank don't work window don't pull shut

I have a Certainteed awning window with a Truth Operating Mechanism. The 45142 gear mechanism is stripped and I'm trying to find a replacement operating mechanism. we have a french style patio door, where one half side is the door and the other is screened off and can be cracked open with this crank operator mechanism. it has seized up and were in need of a replacement, can you help? thanks, have a great day. Jamey

We ordered part 39-140 to replace the part shown in the pictures. Everything matches, except the 39-140 part does not have the 'holes' as shown in the pictures provided. Do you have another part that would match the pictures?

I've got a REUTEN casement window with (what seems to be) a stripped out crank. It will open out but not retract. Any thoughts/suggestions for a fix or replacement would be GREATLY appreciated!Chris

Came from a Milgard window. Has "Truth" stamped in one arm. Look's like several in your catalog, but it is 26 1/2 inches wide, not 16" or 21 1/2". Do you have anything to replace it?

I work at a local building supply store. Recently we had an older lady come in needing parts. We were told that they were Andersen window part. The arm says truth, and the bottom of the main part says the number 45301, the word truth, and patent # US 4505601, canada # 1986

Hello - I am in need of a replacement base piece with spindle for a 1989 Marvin casement window. The one Marvin sent me is on the left in the photo, but does not match the older style I have - and I actually believe the spindle for the crank is stripped so mainly need the base piece, not the handle. ...
