Crank don't work window don't pull shut

I have a Certainteed awning window with a Truth Operating Mechanism. The 45142 gear mechanism is stripped and I'm trying to find a replacement operating mechanism. We ordered part 39-140 to replace the part shown in the pictures. Everything matches, except the 39-140 part does not have the 'holes' as shown in the pictures provided. Do you have another part that would match the pictures?

I've got a REUTEN casement window with (what seems to be) a stripped out crank. It will open out but not retract. Any thoughts/suggestions for a fix or replacement would be GREATLY appreciated!Chris
