39-032 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator

Hello, Ordered Part #39-031. All the measurements match up, but the swing arm divots down, instead of up. It won't sit flush. Can you provide any advice? Thank you.

The above pictured Truth mechanism on my Marvin Bay window (left looking out from inside) casement has stopped working. I believe the Marvin serial number is 01 1G 00 OBA IGMAC, however, I'm not sure if the 00 are CC because it's really hard to see.

Looking to replace the LEFT and RIGHT crank mechanisms in our Koble window. Not exactly sure which unit to order. Original one looks to be brass. Gears are stripped, will not operate.
