Methodology for determining left from right?

Good morning! Check out our 39-031 & 39-032 Truth EntryGard operators. These appear to match your originals quite closely, but you can review our specs to verify.

Should this operator use the 39-107 or 39-107FK?

I have four entry guard dual arm operators, (39-032) The spline on the operators have all stripped. I will replace them. The current cover matches 39-107. Can I use 39-107FK instead? I would like a folding crank.

The corkscrew gear has come out my operator. Do you have it?

I have a situation the same on two of the windows in the house and I can't seem to locate the part/parts that I may need. on the underside on one of the cranks the numbers found are 14 45054 the other is 16 45054. Windows are likely mid-90's custom. Unknown window maker. The numbers on the metal arms look like R308 on one and 20810 (smaller numbers) on another small metal arm. Entrygard hardware

This piece detaches from the casement opperator everytime we try to close the window. Is there a way to get it to stay or do I need a replacement part?

corroded bottom hinges

Missing parts

The first photo shows the working-correctly window. The second photo shows the parts I have. The tracks on the bottom of the window are also missing. The long track may be a Truth 39-528 (?). Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

Truth window hardware for Andy

Hi I need a replacement for this mechanism. The black plastic part at the bottom of the window, that rides in the slide, is broken and a couple of the pivot point clips fall off easily. Please recommend parts to buy. I have left and a right hand.

Not closing completely

The window doesn’t close completely because the last gear tooth is broken. How do I replace this gear mechanism? Do I need to remove the window frame first? I can see about six screws, but I can’t access them because the frame is in the way. Does the frame come off, or do I need to cut ... (cont.)
