Methodology for determining left from right?

Good morning! Check out our 39-031 & 39-032 Truth EntryGard operators. These appear to match your originals quite closely, but you can review our specs to verify.

Should this operator use the 39-107 or 39-107FK?

I have four entry guard dual arm operators, (39-032) The spline on the operators have all stripped. I will replace them. The current cover matches 39-107. Can I use 39-107FK instead? I would like a folding crank.

The corkscrew gear has come out my operator. Do you have it?

I have a situation the same on two of the windows in the house and I can't seem to locate the part/parts that I may need. on the underside on one of the cranks the numbers found are 14 45054 the other is 16 45054. When I was cranking the windows closed, these parts detatched from the window. Im not ... (cont.)

Cranks say Semco. No real markings anywhere else. Bought single hand crank, but looking at the windows, that seems wrong. Any help would be great! Thank you!

EntryGard replacement casement operator

It might be part number 6-1621RW. (A guy at a window store told me that.) The long arm is 8 7/8". Short arm is 4" (pin to pin) with the number 20810 stamped on it. I need a replacement.

Casement window crank

Crank base has number 40372. Window installed 1988. Cranks open, but opposite direction to close. What replacement parts for crank hardware and cover?

The handles are broken, the treads do not turn

Need to find the replacement for the handle and also the operator. The brand name shows on the handle case is Bilt best. Can you please help with part number? Is there a whole assembly for complete replacement?

How is worm gear attached inside gear mechanism

Is there a way to secure worm gear in crank gears? Will i need to replace entire system?

Truth sill mount hardware

the cracking mechanism probably need to be replace

looking from inside - the is a bay window left window that open out to the left. the spiral screw thing does not stay in when turn. it keeps coming out and the plastic cover will pop. if i push in and push pressure it will open but not close as i m not pushing in to turn it to close. i assume it ...
