I have an octagonal window and this little part that holds the latch in broke off. Hoping to find the name of the replacement part if anyone knows what the latch is called. It had a vertical piece to hold the latch in that broke off. Thank you!

Where can I find one of these brass casement Window adjuster arms with track - base is 8.5 inches?

This house was built in 1959 and I need some replacement parts or something I can use instead to fix. The plastic part the arm slides in I need a few of those. Many of the windows in my home have these push out windows with folding metal handles. I love the windows and do not wish to replace them, but the some of the handles are rusted or broken. I can find no markings on the handles at all. Can you help?

Can you source casement push rods as shown in that attached photo along with the associated brackets that came with them or a replacement that will work. These are commercial casements with a 4 bar hinge. The only thing that opens or locks them is this arm
