Thanks for posting! We do not have an exact replacement for the pivot bar you have here but there is a chance we may have a suitable replacement. To confirm this, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged pivot bar removed from the bottom of the sash as well as a photo of the compatible shoe it interacts with.

Thanks for the additional photos. For the shoe in your window, we'd typically recommend the 15-199 Pivot Shoe. We aren't sure that your exact shoe is available any longer.
The pivot bar compatible with the 15-199 is the 26-378 Pivot Bar which has a similar end to your existing pivot bar. That being said take a look over the dimensions, to determine if the installation hole placement is a match. The length should not affect the installation of the pivot bar.
