this shoe is broken. I cant find the shoe on your site. Do I have to replace the whole balance or just the shoe?

I didn't type that,your personnel Ingrid was supposed get back to me after I sent pics.do you not carry replacement sash or the plastic shoe

I see you were talking to Tom here. He noted that this shoe might just be an older version of the kind used with our Series 795. Compare the dimensions of this shoe to the 15-195, the shoe that comes attached by default to this balance Series. Let me know how the measurements compare.
