please help in identifying the part in the attached photos. i believe it is called a pivot shoe
dimensions are 1" wide, 9/16 deep, 2" tall
for a tilt window
similar to your part number 15-045 but is deeper

Thanks for writing in! This balance shoe appears to be the 15-173 Pivot Shoe. To confirm that this is the right replacement match, carefully double check the dimensions.

This is often used with pivot bars like the 26-040 or 26-089.
