prism window balancer

Question

I have prism windows.one of the balancers went bad . Need a replacement for it .please tell me what I need to fix my problem

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We don't sell this exact balance assembly, but we recommend the 15-259 pivot shoe and Series 159 coil springs. You will also need the 26-083 pivot bar and 15-256 double support. The videos below will go over all the details.
