replace spring

Question

Trying to get part number, price & delivery for(see attached picture);
Appears spring( #6.5 33")only has broken but would like complete kit if available.
Current window is single hung, small bathroom window.
Label on window reads;
ABC Supply Company / Jefferson, La. / D0180
Simonton Windows 1701052218 1/06/17
Maybe buy both left & right, replace both at same time.

Your pivot shoe looks closer to our 15-199, depending on how the width and thickness compare. This shoe works with our Series 160 and Series 165 constant force coil springs. Take a look and see which matches the diameter of your original coils. Thank you!
