replace these gear units?

I have 2001 truth encasement windows with three or four window gears no longer grabbing to open or close.  Do you have these parts available?

Hey there, thanks for writing in! Your casement operator looks a lot like our 39-438B and its opposite handed version, part 39-439B. Carefully review and compare the dimensions to your existing operator to confirm that this is the replacement you'll need. I am confident that this is the correct replacement.

Dimensions for 39-438B

The compatible handles sets are parts 39-375 and 39-376, which are folding handles and covers as well as parts 39-451 and 39-452, which are non-folding. You may also need the 39-566 14-1/2" Track, which is made of stainless steel.
