replacement balances needed for unidentified windows

A contractor from Broken Arrow, OK says:
UV light has deteriorated several of these to the point where they have crumbled. I am looking to replace everything that is photographed (coils, covers, pieces that the sash fit into-- whatever is shown). I found a sticker on the window containing this info : H-R40-48-72. It lead me to this document...

Take a look at our 15-199 and 15-205 coil triple support. These appear to look compatible to your original pieces. The 15-205 can be used with the Series 165 coil spring.Your spring should have a stamping or marking on it to determine the spring strength of coil you need.
