replacement for Series 795 channel balances

I have Louisiana Pacific tilt windows. Bottom bracket broke, it is approximately 3" in length. Looks like the shoe is broken also. Measures 33" in length. Series 795 channel balance looks like the correct part. Can you please advise based on the attached photos if this is the appropriate replacement and what part I would need at the base of the window to fit in the new shoe?

This isn't our Series 795. This looks more like our Series 770 balance, which is compatible with a 15-129 shoe. You'll need to compare the dimensions for this product to your old shoe to confirm.
I don't know what the bracket might be but it sounds like you're talking about a pivot bar. The 15-129 is compatible with a ton of different kinds. Can you show me an undamaged version of your original?

Great! These parts definitely look like our Series 770 balance and 15-129 shoe, though you'll still want to check the 15-129 dimensions to confirm. That's not something I can eyeball in a photo.
I still need to see the pivot bar to determine what that is.
