replacement operator

Question

The operators are about 18 years old. I don't know the manufacturer of the windows. It has stamped name of Wright. The best I can measure is 13.5 inches.

Thank you for the images! Based on the arm, I would suggest looking at our 39-013 and 39-014. I can't see the base, though. You should remove the operator from the window to confirm that my suggestions match.
