replacement operator

Due to an email issue I was unable to send this message through your website do am submitting here as a new discussion.

Hello, I am trying to replace the operator on a casement window that has failed.
Enclosed are 3 photos which I hope provide enough detail for you to identify and advise if you have a replacement for.
Please note 1 photo is of another crank in our house which still has a clear label on the front of it. Thank you for your assistance,

Hello, Dave. We're happy to help! I would start by looking at our 39-013 and 39-014 casement window operators. These appear to be a good match for your part, but I would double check your dimensions just to be sure, especially the arm length.
