hello i just bought a house and I am having issues with on window not staying up
I removed the window and noticed that the shoes at the bottom were broken and the right side of the triple coil balancer was damaged both covers are missing so i dont know which tension weight size i should get

Hello,

The 15-215 is the sash carrier from our S140 quick tilt assembly. If the other side of the window has an intact balance that tells you the coil strength, you'll need the same option for the other side. Thank you!
