Thanks for your post! The pivot shoe you have here is no longer made but I believe our 15-046 Pivot Shoe will work to replace it. You'll need to remove the existing shoe from the window track to compare the width and the thickness.

This shoe is compatible with the 26-040 Pivot Bar.

We do not have an exact replacement for the internal latch you have pictured but we do have a replacement solution that may work. You'll need to use a surface mounted latch like the 26-228 and 26-229 to complete the repair.
