replacement pins for a mental bifold door

My door fell off the tracks and is not staying on the track. not sure which pins to purchase to repair.

The door has a label that reads:
Full-Vu
Folding door
Leigh
Products INC.
Coopersville Michigan

The pin is 4 1/2ins long

It looks like your top and bottom pivot pins might be alright. Your top and bottom guide pins either need to be replaced with our 21-054 or repaired with smaller pieces including the cap, 21-109, nylinder, 21-150, or cotter pin, 21-158.
