replacement window operator

Question

I am helping my parents find a replacement window operator. It appears to be a Truth Hardware 13.5" right-handed operator in Faux Nickel. Would you be able to help identify if this is correct and direct me to a replacement on your website?

Unfortunately, we do not carry this exact operator. You might want to consider the 39-013 and 39-014. These are a similar style, but the ends of the arms differ from yours, so you will need new tracks as well. See our 39-505 or 39-533. Note that these install on the side of the sash frame, while some tracks install on the bottom. Take a look and see how these options compare to your original track. We can't guarantee this will work but it would be our best replacement option at this time. Thanks for posting!
