sash window hinge and operator replacement

hardware is truth entry gard. these windows are 1994 vintage and i am told they are posey brand windows. the window has been used hard, blown open in past wind storms and do not operate well. hinge plates and arms have been bent. i dont know if operator requires replacement but feel like i should replace all operating hardware. what hinges and operator do i need?

Hi Jim, thank you for posting,

Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 36-048 2-bar hinge set with a 10" sill track. Please note that both the top and bottom hinges will need to be replaced at the same time.

For the operator, review the dimensions of the 39-333 and 39-334 or the 39-155 and 39-156. The main difference between these two operators is the length of the short link arm. Compare to your original to confirm the best fit!
