shoe from "Medallion" Brand windows

Thanks for reaching out to us! I don't think we do have an exact match for this shoe, actually. It looks familiar at first glance, but looking at your measurements that cam hole is pretty large compared to anything we sell.

That doesn't mean we can't help. Before I suggest anything, can I please see a photo of the pivot bar that goes into the pivot shoe? That might help me determine if we can offer anything that will be compatible with the same hardware.

Thank you! So, this one is a bit weird. Your pivot bar looks very similar in design to our 26-040, but it's a little taller at 1/4" (rather than our 3/16"). 

The reason I bring this up is because your pivot bar is smaller than your pivot shoe's cam, which is especially large. I'm wondering if we could maybe get away with using something a little more standard, like our 15-046. This matches your pivot shoe's dimensions exactly, but the cam hole is much smaller at 5/16" x 3/16"; which happens to be the same size as the 26-040.

Do you think the height of your pivot bar could be 3/16" instead of 1/4"? If so, the 15-046 may be just what you want.
