This is compatible with the Series 159 coil balances and you will also need the 26-083 pivot bar. The compatible coil supports are the 15-255 and 15-256. Thank you for getting back to me! You can use two S159-05 5.5-pound coil springs on each side of the window, which will total 22 pounds of overall support. You will also need the 15-256 double coil support. The Series 159 coil springs have a "T" shaped tongue that's designed to fit into the 15-259 pivot shoe.
