We should be able to supply these parts, but I don't know what you have. I wasn't able to cross-reference that number to anything in particular. 

In order to determine what you have, I'll need you to remove an undamaged version of each part from the window and submit a photo of them here for us to see. We need to go one at a time. Please make sure that the parts you show us are whole and undamaged; if they're too badly broken up, or if bits are missing, then we won't be able to identify what you have.

I'm afraid that we don't have this exact pivot bar, but I recommend looking at our 26-241. This should still work for you even though the front tip only has one "horn." Just make sure the screw holes all have the same position.

Thanks! That one looks like our 15-199. I recommend reviewing our dimensions to make sure they line up.

I'm not sure what these coils would be. The 15-199 pivot shoe that I mentioned before is compatible with two different sizes: the 3/8" thick Series 165 and 1/2" thick Series 160. You'll have to measure your original spring's thickness to confirm which one is best for this window.

There will be numbers printed on the old springs, too. You can use them to determine which weight option to go with.

The style is a little different, but as long as your springs are 3/8" thick then the 15-204 will work.

I think our 26-243 and 26-244 tilt latches look similar to yours, but you should confirm that their dimensions line up first.

We don't sell jamb spreaders like this, but we do sell the 75-069.

I'm afraid that we don't sell anything related to blinds. That's a little too far outside our wheelhouse. You would have to contact a company that does.
