simonton window shingle hung balance

I don't have a number for the white plastic part in #150902.

The coils have
#5.0 39"
PAT523208 (not sure if this is patent number)

The other part and it may be a patent number as well. 4.610.108.
The number on the window sticker is 24340040/07 35.50 59.50 PFSHMH F0876.
I am not able to locate part numbers on the items in the picture.

Thank you in advance for any assistance in locating replacement parts!

The tilt window brake shoe is 1/2 inch thick and the width is 1.25 inches

Your pivot shoe looks like a match for our 15-111, which is designed to be used with the Series 160 coil spring. Look these two parts over and let me know if you have any questions.

The coil measures 3/8" wide. Will the S165-5 work in the pivot shoe 15-111 and for the coil support would 15-204 be the choice?

Thanks for confirming! If your shoe is 3/8" thick, then the Series 165 is definitely the way to go. I believe it will still work with that same shoe without issue.

The cover would be the 15-204, yes.
