we need replacement parts for our single hung vpi windows. we need springs, connectors and dowels. we also need directions on how to remove and install the new parts without cutting the frame. We are the homeowners

Hi, Connie.

Thanks so much for your patience during our busy season. Take a look at our 15-215, which uses the Series 140 coil balance assembly. As for the pivot bars and tilt latches, carefully review the dimensions for our 26-398 and 26-405 pivot bars, along with the 26-243 & 26-244. Remove the original undamaged hardware from the window and see if these match what you need. I've also related some videos on this page that you might find helpful.
