Your shoe is no longer made however, there is a chance that our 15-199 could work as a replacement for you. Look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing shoe to determine if this is the right replacement for you.
In regard to the compatible coil spring, you'll either need the 1/2" thick Series 160 Coil Balance Spring or the 3/8" Thick Series 165 Coil Balance Spring. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to confirm the thickness of your existing springs.
You should note that if you do need the Series 165 Coil, it does not have a compatible single cover.
There is a chance that it could work, however, I cannot make any guarantees. In my experience this is what we've recommended as a replacement and it has worked.
So, I believe the 15-199 may be your best bet.

Thank you again jasmine! I will order the 15-199, and for the coil, if my windows, each sash is 15 pounds would I purchase 5 lb coils?
If the sash weight is 15lbs, the 5lb coils would not work. That would only support a weight of 10lbs. With that said, you would need two 7lb coils.
So long as the spring strength is within 1lb of the window weight, the window should continue to function properly.
