pivot shoe measures 2" tall, 1.25" wide, and 0.5" deep which item will replace these?

Thanks for reaching out. I believe you may be searching for our 15-046. The measurements appear to match but take a look at the diagram to confirm. I am confident this is the pivot shoe you'll need.

For the pivot bar, I recommend the 26-089. It is not an exact match, however, I do believe it could be a suitable replacement for you.
