The pivot shoe has broke in several pieces on both sides of the window.
I will need two springs or two pivot shoes. I have removed both from the window.
numbers stamped in are 26C DD% CMC 45
Just looked at the windows in more detail. The window brand is Jeld-Wen.
Please help.
Thanks for posting! Your balances appear to be our Series 795 type balance with a 15-265 1" Pivot Carrier and Pivot Assembly and 15-198 hook attached. These will need to be a custom made assembly.
