Thanks for posting! Your balance shoe looks a lot like our 15-194 1" T-Lock Balance Shoe. Although, there is a chance that this shoe may not be compatible with your particular channel balance; if the channel has an indentation in it, then you'll likely need to replace the entire balance assembly.

If you are unsure, I'll need to see a photo of the end of the balance this shoe connects to.

In the meantime, carefully compare the dimensions below to confirm that this is the right fit.

Seeing the original balance confirms that the 15-194 will not be compatible. We do not have an exact match for your original shoe. For the 15-194 to work, you will need to replace the full balance with the Series 795 channel balance. 

This balance comes equipped with a 1-1/4" T-lock shoe. The 15-194 will need to be purchased additionally and switched out before installation. Please see the video below. Match up the length of the metal channel and there should be a number/letter stamp that will indicate the spring strength stamp option needed. 

Please note that this balance uses a screw tab at the top for installation. If your balance uses a hook like the 15-198 for install into the window channel, this configuration will require a custom order. Please let us know if this is the case.
