Thanks for reaching out! Your pivot shoe appears to be an old discontinued version of our 15-177. I am confident that this pivot shoe will work very well as an alternative however, you'll want to confirm the measurements prior to making your purchase.

These are compatible with the Series 152 coils springs. Since you need 7lb coils, you'll need the S152-7. I've also included links for the other pieces of compatible covers and accessories as well.
