truth window regulator

Hello
I need 4 replacement regulators. I have been looking at your site and the questions asked and see that you recommend the truth 39-031 or 032 for the replacement of the 30842r or 30841l . The photos of the 031 & 032 look correct except mine are single arm units . Can you help me with this please so I can place an order ASAP ?

Hey, Mike. If you have single arm operators, then you don't have the 39-031 and 39-032. Those numbers printed on the arms aren't reliable enough to use to ID hardware for this reason.

We can still help, but I'll need you to remove the operator in question from the window and upload a photo of it here for me to review. It's necessary to see it out of the window so that we can see it without obstruction.

Thanks, Mike! These photos are perfect. I recommend our 39-035 and 39-036. I believe that these are newer versions of your older style operator. They should be fully compatible with your windows.
