Looking at your pivot shoe, our 15-199 looks like it could be a good match on a replacement. The 26-378 pivot bar fits into the cam of this shoe. Review each part to see if these will work. Pay close attention to the screw hole on the 26-378 lines up with the screw hole measurement on your bar. There is a coil spring like the Series 160 that controls the sash movement.
