window has broken plate making open/close non operational in suitable manner

There could be a few different options for this operator. Before we can recommend anything, I would measure the length of the arm and then compare it to either our 39-013 with a 13-1/2" arm or our 39-027E with a 9-1/2" long arm. Also note that the bearing at the end of each operator arm is a nylon wheel, not metal. This is an important detail.
