need the plastic part that the window balance bottom mounts to
here are some numbers off the balance 1/2" wide, metal part is 33" long

Yes, they are Silverline windows. The tilt balance would be S765-33 with a spring weight option of 3230. The pivot shoe has been replaced with our 15-046. Carefully compare all measurements and information to what you have and get back to us if you have any questions.
