My existing window casement crank made by Truth Company, was worn out and does not work. I need to replace this asap.

Hi Peter, thank you for posting,

Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 39-027E or 39-013 operators. The main difference is the length of the arm.

Also see the compatible handle options on the page. Compare to your original for a good fit and let us know if you have any additional questions!

Hi Lauren,thank you soooooo much for your wonderful help. You saved me tons of times and alleviated my frustration in my search for replacement parts for my window casement. I will order Part 39-027E (9 1/2 long) and a T-handle 11/32 (Part 39-102). I hope these parts will fit my window casement.

A commerical handyman will install my replacement parts. I hope everything will fit and my window will work smoothly again.
