I need a new Thermal Gard window crank

A home owner from Sidney, OH says:

Hello, I'm looking to purchase 2 window cranks. They say ( Thermal Gard ) on the handles. On the cranking gear box it has the name ( Truth ) on it. One has the # 30637 and the other has the # 30636 stamped into them. They are located at the bottom of the window in the middle of it. The hinges on the windows are vertical. They are in a bow window 1 on the far left the other the far right. I attached 4 pictures.
