window operator

A quick learner from Northfield mn says:
have a casement window thats 2 ft wide and can't tell who the manufacturer is. the operator is a Truth brand, arm attach point on the sash appears to be permanently pinned with no stainless spring clip to keep attached? will need that part as well if replacing operator?
