Thanks for posting. This pivot shoe most closely resembles our Certainteed 15-192. However, the 15-192 has aligners on the surface of the shoe that your old shoe might not have. If that's the case, you might need to shave down those aligners to get the 15-192 to fit your window. Do note that modified parts cannot be returned for a refund. The 15-192 works with our Series 170 and Series 171 Coil Balances. See the video below for further details.
There is an alternative replacement. See our 15-259. We've confirmed that this pivot shoe would fit in your window track. This shoe uses the Series 159 Coil Balances and the 15-256 Double Support. This assembly uses the 26-083 Pivot Bar, which you would need to swap out with the pivot bars currently in your window. The video below explains this entire process. We are still testing this replacement method, but we are hopeful it will work as a replacement for this specific balance system. If you decide to give it a try, do let us know how you make out.
