That is the correct parts I need. I would like to know if you have the complete assembly or what other parts do i need.

This carrier is used with the S145 coil springs, along with the 15-108 sash cam, 15-222 guide base and 15-223 guide cover. Please note that you only need to replace the parts that are broken. Take a look and see how the specifications of these parts compare to your original hardware.
