We can replace with a replacement balance, but to further review, are you able to confirm how the balance installs into the window channel? Does it use a screw in clip or hook? From there we can determine the best fit for your window. Thank you!

We can supply a replacement balance, but it will require a custom order due to installing with a hook at the top. We would be assembling the 15-198 hook on the Series 795 channel balance. The length of the metal channel only should measure 20" long and the balance will have a 20B stamp that can support a 10 to 14 lb window sash. Please confirm before purchasing. 

The Series 795 balance comes equipped with a T-lock shoe. You will need to discard this shoe upon arrival and replace with the 15-224 inverted link. The 15-224 inverted link will need to be added to your cart additionally from the product page before checking out.
